Optimized for controlled laboratory processes, the Elution Tubes Roti® Maxi In Stabilizing Solution, with a molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) of 25 kDa, are designed for gel elution and purification of high-molecular weight substances such as DNA, RNA, and proteins. These MAXI 25* tubes can accommodate gel pieces up to approximately 1.0 x 2.0 cm and are delivered in an ethanol solution. For optimal performance, store these tubes at +4°C. It is also recommended that dry elution tubes be stored between +15-25°C, while elution tubes in solution should be kept at their specified temperature.
