Recommended for applications requiring controlled solvent behavior, such as in the analysis of nucleotides, phenols, steroids, sugars, vitamins, xanthines, and reversed phase (RP) and normal phase (NP) separations, these HPTLC plates feature an amino-modified nano-silica layer on an aluminum substrate. With a pore size of 60 Å and a particle size range of 2-10 μm, these plates offer excellent separation efficiency while maintaining high temperature stability. The plates' ability to be evenly wetted by both water and organic solvents makes them versatile for a wide range of analytical needs. Additionally, the presence of a fluorescent indicator allows for enhanced visualization under UV light.
