Supplied in compliance with established chemical handling standards, the Filter Units Sterivex™ Durapore ® (PVDF) Membrane, Without Filling Bell, 0,45 µm, are designed for the sterile filtration of aqueous liquids. These filter units can be operated using syringe pumps or hose pumps. They feature an Eastar ® housing material and PVDF membrane, which exhibits extremely low protein binding. The filter units have a pore size of 0,45 µm, a dead volume less than 200 µl, and a filtration area of 10 cm². The maximum operating pressure is 3 bar, while the maximum application temperature is 45 °C. The filter units are available without a filling bell to reduce the risk of contamination during the filtration process.
