With a sensitivity of 0.01 ng/band, it offers 20 times greater sensitivity compared to traditional ethidium bromide. Its storage temperature of -20°C ensures long-term stability. Included in the formulation is DNA staining, eliminating the need for additional reagents. The maximum emissions of this dye, when bound to DNA, are at 525 nm, with optimal excitation in the range of ~320 nm to 470-500 nm.
