This technique facilitates rapid identification of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, enabling targeted antibiotic treatments. The kit includes Carbol gentianaviolet solution, Iodine-potassium iodide solution according to Lugol, Gram's decolorizing solution, and Carbolic fuchsine solution. Each component can also be purchased individually. Store the contents between 15°C and 25°C. This kit should not be used as a medical device or an IVD product.
