Its tin-plated copper braided resistance wires are silicon-insulated and protected against moisture, making it suitable for temperatures up to 200°C. To ensure safe operation, this heating strip requires a minimum bending radius greater than 9mm. It is essential to avoid laying the heating strips overlapping and/or side by side, as they can overheat when improperly arranged. This heating strip should only be used in conjunction with a temperature regulator, which is sold separately for most temperature regulators from various manufacturers or Winkler's temperature regulator T-570.
