Engineered for consistent performance in reversed phase (RP) applications, these HPTLC Plates Alugram® RP-18 W / UV 254 feature an octadecyl-modified nano silica gel 60 material on an aluminum substrate. With a pore size of 60 Å and a pore volume of 0.75 ml/g, these plates offer high temperature stability and are wettable with water. Ideally suited for separating aminophenols, barbiturates, nucleobases, phthalates, plasticizers, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), preservatives, steroids, tetracyclines, and more, these plates are recommended for both analytical and preparative RP applications.
