Prepared to meet the demands of technical research tasks, the Sponge-Stick Surface™ BPW offers a compact, biocide-free cellulose sponge measuring 3” x 1.5” (7.5 x 3.5 cm), housed within a quick-release handle for swift and reliable sponge deployment. Its unique design includes a thumb stop in-handle to prevent accidental sponge contact, eliminating the need for gloves when collecting samples from various locations. Ideally suited for sampling in hard-to-reach areas like gaps, drains, and pipes, this versatile tool comes dry or pre-moistened with 10 ml buffer of your choice, making it suitable for multiple applications such as BPW, LB, DE, and NB media. Each unit is irradiated for guaranteed sterility and features an easy-open sampling bag equipped with pull tabs
