Penetration probe thermometer

Powered by a 13 GA (1.5 V) button cell battery, the thermometer provides temperature measurements within a range of -40 to +200 degrees Celsius. It boasts a temperature accuracy of ±1 degree Celsius between -20 and +100 degrees Celsius, and an additional ±1.5 degrees Celsius outside this range. The thermometer also includes a minimum/maximum function for recording extreme temperatures encountered during use.
