Formulated to support synthetic operations, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Pfas arrive packaged in six sets of five units each. These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature fully porous particles (FPP), hydrophobic spherical polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer (PS/DVB) with secondary and tertiary ammonium modification, and a weak mixed mode anion exchanger (WAX) surface chemistry. The columns offer a specific surface area of 600 m²/g, as determined by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method, and a filling quantity of 200 mg. They are ideal for the determination of strong acidic pollutants such as perfluorinated carboxylic acids in environment and water, particularly for highly pigmented environmental
