Suitable for laboratory and industrial environments, the Spe Cartridges Chromafix® HR-XA, available in a pack of 10 x 5 units, are ideal for the solid phase extraction of small sample volumes. These tubular syringe-shaped cartridges with Luer tip inlet and outlet feature hydrophobic spherical polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer (PS/DVB) with quaternary ammonium modification, making them a very strong mixed mode anion exchanger (MAX). With a column volume of 0.4 ml, they are particularly suitable for acidic active ingredients from strongly matrix-contaminated samples such as urine, plasma, and serum, as well as herbicides and phenolic acids.
