These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature a weak anion exchanger phase known as PSA (Diamino - QuEChERS), filled with 500mg of fully porous particles (FPP) of 50-75 µm size. The material consists of PP columns with PE filter elements. This PSA phase, made from ethylenediamine-n-propyl modified silica gel, offers high ion exchange capabilities due to its primary and secondary amino groups with pKa values of 10.1 and 10.9, respectively.
