Designed for professional use, these Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Sax come in packaged sets of 6 x 5 units, each containing 500mg of filling material. These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature a strong basic anion exchanger (SAX), making them ideal for separating caffeine, organic acids, and saccharin through ion exchange (IEX). With a specific surface area of 510 m²/g according to BET, these columns offer excellent separation efficiency. Their pore size of 70 Å ensures compatibility with a wide range of analytes, while their particle size of 40-75 µm provides optimal flow rates. Made of PP columns with PE filter elements, these columns are durable and easy to handle.
