Developed for demanding processing applications, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Psa (Diamino - Quechers), available in packs of 10 x 5 units, feature open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets. These columns are made of PP materials with PE filter elements and filled with 500mg of ethylenediamine-n-propyl modified silica gel (PSA), a weak anion exchanger (WAX). This PSA phase, similar to ROTI ® X Bond NH2, is ideal for the extraction of strong acids and polyacidic compounds from aqueous samples, as well as for the purification of polar analytes from non-aqueous matrices.
