Crafted to support technical production environments, Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Mcx provide an efficient solution for the enrichment of basic analytes in various applications such as urine, plasma, serum, and food testing. These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature a hydrophobic spherical polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer (PS/DVB) with benzenesulfonic acid modification, offering a very strong mixed mode cation exchange mechanism (MCX). With a specific surface area of 600 m²/g according to BET, these columns ensure excellent separation performance for basic compounds with a pK value less than 1.
