These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets, made of PP material with PE filter elements, are particularly suitable for the enrichment of acidic analytes (pKa 2-8), such as acidic active ingredients from strongly matrix-contaminated samples like e.g. urine, plasma, serum, or phenolic acids and acidic herbicides. Featuring both reversed phase and strong anion exchange retention mechanisms, this polymeric mixed-mode sorbent offers superior retention for acidic compounds. With a specific surface area of 300 m²/g according to BET, these columns provide a large surface area for efficient separation. Store at room temperature for optimal performance
