Suitable for laboratory and industrial environments, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Sax come in packaged sets of four containing 5 units each. These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature a strong basic anion exchanger (SAX), made from quaternary ammonium-modified silica gel. With a pore size of 70 Å, these columns have a specific surface area of 510 m²/g according to BET. They are ideal for separating caffeine, organic acids, and saccharin through ion exchange (IEX). The columns have a filling quantity of 1000 mg and a recommended storage temperature of RT. Their particle size ranges from 40-75 µm, making them compatible with fully porous particles (FPP).
