These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature a hydrophobic spherical polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer core with carboxylic acid modification, creating a weak mixed mode cation exchanger (WCX) that operates via both reversed phase (RP) and ion exchange (IEX) mechanisms. With a specific surface area of 600 m²/g and a particle size of 40 µm, these columns offer high capacity and excellent separation efficiency.
