Supplied in laboratory-grade packaging suitable for direct use, the Spe Cartridges Chromafix® Ps-Mix (Ps-H + + Ps-Oh - ) is a versatile ion exchanger designed for solid phase extraction (SPE). This tubular syringe-shaped cartridge features a Luer tip inlet and outlet, and is composed of polypropylene (PP) columns with polyethylene (PE) filter elements. The cartridge contains a mixture of polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer (PS/DVB) in H+ form (PS-H+), a strong cation exchanger (SCX), and OH- form (PS-OH-), a strong anion exchanger (SAX). With a pH stability range of 1.0-14.0, a column volume of 0.4 ml, and a particle size of 100 µm, these cartridges are ideal for desalting water samples. Store at room temperature (RT) for optimal performance.
