These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature hydrophobic spherical polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer (PS/DVB) with secondary and tertiary ammonium modification, creating a mixed mode anion exchanger (WAX) ideal for separating per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The columns boast a specific surface area of 600 m²/g as determined by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method, ensuring efficient separation.
