This kit targets viral RNA and DNA, using magnetic beads, and is suitable for various basic materials such as animal tissue, plasma, serum, blood, stool, swabs, cell-free biological fluids, among others. Preparation times range from 40 to 120 minutes for 96 preparations. The quantity of material required is less than 200 µl of whole blood, serum, plasma, swab solution, feces, or 10-30 mg of tissue.
