Prepared for use in regulated laboratory conditions, our Roti ® SampleLyse Soft Tissue tubes are designed for handling delicate biological materials. These 2 ml screw-cap vessels come in sets of 250 units and are suitable for processing up to 0.5 ml volume. Inside each tube, you will find soft tissue-compatible beads with diameters ranging between 2.4 and 2.8 millimeters. These tubes are ideal for homogenizing plant materials such as flowers and leaves, as well as animal tissues including brain, liver, and kidney. They can be used with compatible homogenizers like the Genie ® cell disruption shaker for efficient sample preparation.
