Produced to ensure dependable processing results, the Transfer Membrane Roti ® Nc 0.2 offers a reliable solution for protein analysis applications such as Southern- and Northern-Blots. This hydrophobically bonded membrane filter, available in a sheet version, features a pore size of 0.2 µm and a thickness of 150±50 µm. Its dimensions measure 20 x 20 cm, making it suitable for various detection systems. To facilitate immobilization, the membrane can be UV-treated or baked at temperatures up to 80°C. With a binding capacity of 100 µg/cm², this transfer membrane provides exceptional performance for all protein transfer and detection methods.
