Developed for demanding processing applications in the field of normal phases for the SPE, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond CN offer a cyanopropyl phase that is suitable for polar to medium polar separations. These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets come packed with fully porous particles and feature a pore size of 70 Å. With a particle size range of 40-75 μm and a carbon content of 5.8%, they provide excellent separation efficiency. Additionally, these columns have a specific surface area of 280 m²/g as determined by the BET method and are compatible with a wide pH range of 2.0-8.0. They are ideal for enriching cyclosporins, carbohydrates, and certain metal ions. Store them at room temperature for optimal performance.
