Recommended for applications requiring controlled solvent behavior, such as in the analysis of antibiotics and prostaglandins, Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Diol offers a diol phase with similar properties to unmodified silica gel (SiOH). Packaged in sets of six columns each containing 1000mg of filling material, these open tubular syringe-shaped columns feature a pore size of 70 Å and a particle size range of 40-75 µm. Made of PP columns with PE filter elements, they offer a specific surface area of 480 m²/g according to BET, making them suitable for a wide range of separations. With a recommended storage temperature of RT, these columns provide reliable results in normal phase (NP) separation principles.
