Engineered for consistent performance in antibiotic and prostaglandin separations, Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Diol provide reliable results through their dihydroxypropyl (diol, OH) modified silica gel, not endcapped Diol phase, which exhibits similar properties to unmodified silica gel. With a pH stability range of 2.0-8.0, these open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets offer a specific surface area of 480 m²/g as determined by BET. Each column is filled with 2000 mg of fully porous particles (FPP), featuring a particle size of 40-75 µm and a carbon content of 5.5%. These columns come packaged in sets of four containing five units each.
