Developed for demanding processing applications in the field of normal phases for the SPE, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond CN offer a cyanopropyl phase that is suitable for polar to medium polar separations. These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets come packed with fully porous particles and feature a specific surface area of 280 m²/g as per BET. With a pore size of 70 Å and a particle size range of 40-75 µm, these columns provide excellent separation performance for cyclosporins, carbohydrates, and enrichment of certain metal ions. They are compatible with biological matrices and their polarity can be adjusted by changing the ratio of solvents. Made from PP columns with PE filter elements, they ensure reliable operation under pH conditions ranging from 2.0 to 8.0
