These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets boast a specific surface area greater than 100 m²/g as per BET, making them ideal for diverse separation principles. With their non-porous six-membered ring structure and positive charges, these columns allow higher extraction rates and capabilities compared to silica-based sorbents, particularly useful for removing organochlorine pesticides, ethyl carbamate, alkaloids, and mycotoxins in water, beverages, vegetables, and seafood. Additionally, they are suitable for use in drinking water
