Structured to assist in consistent experimental procedures, the Hplc Guard Columns (Analytical) Nucleoshell ® PFP, 4 x 3 mm are designed to protect your primary HPLC column from contaminants. With a particle size of 2.7 µm and a pore size of 90 Å, these core-shell, superficially porous particles (SPP) offer a specific surface area of 130 m²/g as per BET. The reversed phase (RP) separation principle, combined with a surface chemistry of pentafluorophenylpropyl (PFP) modification, ensures efficient filtration while maintaining compatibility with acetonitrile-water eluents. The guard columns' endcapping feature enhances their resistance to degradation, allowing them to operate under pressures up to 600 bar. By using these guard columns
