Designed for professional use, the Hplc Guard Columns (Analytical) Nucleodur ® C 18 Ec, 5 μm, 110 Å, 4 x 2 mm are pre-column systems designed to protect your main HPLC column from contamination. Placed within a guard column holder, they prevent chemical impurities from reaching the main column, thereby extending its lifespan. Featuring medium density monomeric octadecyl (C 18, ODS) modification, these guard columns have a specific surface area of 340 m²/g as per BET, and a pore size of 110 Å. They are compatible with acetonitrile-water eluents and exhibit excellent pressure stability up to 600 bar. With a particle size of 5 μm and a temperature stability of 60° C
