Optimized for controlled laboratory processes, the Hplc Guard Columns (Analytical) Nucleodur ® C 18 Gravity Sb, 3 μm, 4 x 3 mm feature a base deactivated (BDS), high density octadecyl (C 18, ODS) modification with a specific surface area of 340 m²/g. These pre-columns have a pore size of 110 Å, a pore volume of 0.9 ml/g, and a particle size of 3 μm, making them suitable for reversed phase (RP) separations under pressures up to 600 bar. With a carbon content of 13 %, they offer excellent elution characteristics when using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. The columns' endcapped nature ensures stable separation performance over time, while their small dimensions
