Crafted to support technical production environments, the Hplc Guard Columns (Analytical) Nucleodur ® NH 2 are designed as pre-columns for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Placed between the injector and the main column, they protect the latter from contaminants, extending its lifespan. Featuring a pore size of 110 Å, a particle size of 5 µm, and a specific surface area of 340 m²/g, these guard columns offer excellent separation capabilities in both normal phase (NP) and reversed phase (RP) modes. With a temperature stability of up to 60°C and pressure resistance of 600 bar, these guard columns ensure reliable performance under various conditions. Their aminopropyl (NH 2) surface chemistry and compatibility with n-heptane eluent further
