Structured to assist in consistent experimental procedures, the Hplc Guard Columns (Analytical) Nucleoshell ® Rp 18, 2.7 μm, 4 x 3 mm are designed as pre-columns to protect the main HPLC column from contamination. With a pore size of 90 Å, these core-shell, superficially porous particles (SPP) columns have a specific surface area of 130 m²/g and are end-capped. They offer high pressure stability up to 600 bar and are compatible with acetonitrile-water eluents. Featuring a base deactivated (BDS), high density monomeric octadecyl (C 18 , ODS) modification, they provide excellent separation performance within a wide pH range of 1.0-11.0.
