Manufactured to meet research and production requirements, the Hplc Guard Columns (Analytical) Nucleodur ® C 18 Gravity Sb, 5 μm, 4 x 3 mm feature a base deactivated (BDS), high density octadecyl (C 18, ODS) modification with a specific surface area of 340 m²/g. These pre-columns, available as fully porous particles (FPP) with a pore size of 110 Å and a pore volume of 0.9 ml/g, are designed for use in reversed phase (RP) separations and offer a carbon content of 13 %. With a particle size of 5 μm and a column inner diameter of 3 mm, they provide a pressure stability of up to 600 bar and a surface chemistry suitable for eluents such as
