These prepacked centrifugation columns are suitable for sample volumes ranging from 0.002 to 0.1 milliliters, with an optimal volume of 0.05 milliliters. The particle sizes for dry and wet conditions are specified as 50-150 micrometers and 85-260 micrometers, respectively. Store these columns at temperatures between 2 and 25 degrees Celsius in deionized water.
