It can handle maximum pressures of 3 bar (0.3 MPa), while its recommended flow rate ranges from 1 to 5 ml/min. With a particle size of 20-50 µm dry and 40-110 µm wet, this column is suitable for sample volumes between 0.1 – 1.5 ml. Properly stored at temperatures ranging from +2 to +25 °C in 20 % (v/v) ethanol, this column ensures efficient removal of unwanted low molecular weight factors from protein or nucleic acid solutions.
