Recommended for applications requiring controlled solvent behavior, the Roti ® -Mark Western Plus protein ladder comes available in ready-to-use, pre-dyed format. This product features 14 protein bands, including 10 IgG binding proteins, covering a size range from 10 to 200 kDa. Notably, it includes two reference bands at 30 kDa and 80 kDa. With an approximate amount of traces at ~200/ml, this protein marker can be detected by anti-His in western blot analysis. Store it at -20 °C when not in use.
