ROTI ® -Mark WESTERN PLUS, 500 µl, 2 x 250 µl

Supplied in compliance with established chemical handling standards, the Roti ® -Mark Western Plus protein marker is designed for use in Western blotting applications. This product falls under the category of protein markers, specifically those suitable for this technique. The Roti ® -Mark Western Plus comes in a ready-to-use format, containing 14 protein bands, including 10 IgG binding proteins. These bands span a size range of 10-200 kDa, with two enhanced reference bands at 30 kDa and 80 kDa. The solution also contains approximately 200 protein bands per milliliter. Storage is required at -20°C. While quantification is not recommended, detection in Western blot analysis is possible using anti-His antibodies.
