BlueAQUA Prestained Protein Ladder Pre-stained protein ladder. Covers the size range 10-180 kDa (Tris-glycine-SDS running buffer). Number of bands = 11. Single colour with enhanced intensity at approximately 25 kDa and approximately 72 kDa. Designed for monitoring SDS-PAGE separation and WB transfer efficiency. Thaw at room temperature or 37-40°C for a few minutes prior to use to dissolve precipitated solids. Do not boil. Do not heat, dilute, or add reducing agent before loading. Mix thoroughly.
