Commonly employed in multi-step synthesis and reaction processes, Roti ® Mark All Blue is a prestained protein marker solution available in two separate vials, each containing 250 μL. This blue-coloured marker offers reliable size determination for proteins within a range of 10-240 kDa, featuring 12 distinct protein bands including reference bands at 25 kD and 72 kD. The marker is dispatched ready-to-use and should be stored at -20 °C. It is important to note that while Roti ® Mark All Blue can be used for electrophoresis, quantification of proteins is not recommended. Furthermore, there is no detection of this marker in western blots.
