Recognized in industrial and academic chemical settings alike, Roti ® Mark Tricolor offers a reliable solution for protein separation through gel electrophoresis. This product comes in two separate vials, each containing 250 microliters of a ready-to-use solution. The solution features a combination of blue, green, and red prestained protein markers, allowing for the visualization of protein bands within a size range of 10-245 kilodaltons. The solution contains approximately 200 protein bands per milliliter, with prominent reference bands at 25 kilodaltons (green) and 75 kilodaltons (red). However, it is not recommended for quantifying proteins. Despite this, Roti ® Mark Tricolor does not exhibit detection in Western blots. Proper storage is essential, maintaining the solution at -20 degrees Celsius.
