The purification process utilizes a straightforward yet effective spin column technique, making it quick, easy, and highly productive. This version of the kit employs a well-known mini spin-column system that offers a typical yield of up to 95%. The purified PCR products can be eluted in volumes between 10 and 50 microliters, with a preparation time approximately three minutes. The basic material for this kit is PCR products, which should have a density of 0.882 grams per cubic centimeter and a Boiling Point of 82 degrees Celsius. Store the kit at temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
