This low ROX version features a HotStart DNA Polymerase and is designed for the analysis of gene expression in quantitative real-time PCR. The master mix includes all components for cDNA synthesis, making it possible to use isolated RNA directly as starting material. With an amplicon end of 3'dA, this product ensures efficient amplification, while its storage at -20 °C preserves its integrity. To use, simply add primers and template separately, as instructed, with each 1 mL master mix sufficient for one 96-well plate.
