ROTI ® Lux OneStep RT-qPCR Master Mix, 1 ml, 1 x 1 ml

Commonly employed in multi-step synthesis and reaction processes, the Roti ® Lux OneStep RT-qPCR Master Mix, available in 1 mL packages, is a versatile tool for probe-based real-time PCR assays. This low ROX version features a HotStart DNA Polymerase and is designed for the analysis of gene expression in quantitative real-time PCR. The master mix includes all components for cDNA synthesis, making it possible to use isolated RNA directly as starting material. With an amplicon end of 3'dA, this product ensures efficient amplification, while its storage at -20 °C preserves its integrity. To use, simply add primers and template separately, as instructed, with each 1 mL master mix sufficient for one 96-well plate.
