ROTI ® Lux SYBR ® Green qPCR Master Mix, 1 ml, 1 x 1 ml

Designed for professional use in molecular biology, this qPCR Master Mix is specifically engineered for gene expression analyses, SNP analyses, and telomere length measurement. Featuring a HotStart DNA Polymerase, it offers exceptional performance in less than 20 minutes. The master mix comes equipped with dNTPs, MgCl2, and a SYBR® Green dye within its reaction buffer. Users should add their primer and template separately, with one milliliter of the master mix being enough for one 96-well plate. Store it at -20°C when not in use.
