ROTI ® Lux SYBR ® Green qPCR Master Mix, 1 ml, 1 x 1 ml

Valued in production environments for consistent processing properties, the ROTI® Lux SYBR® Green QPCR Master Mix is a versatile tool for various applications such as gene expression analyses, SNP analyses, and telomere length measurement. This product features a HotStart DNA Polymerase that ensures ultra-fast runs in less than 20 minutes. It comes with a modified version of this enzyme, deoxynucleoside triphosphates (dNTPs), magnesium chloride (MgCl2), and a reaction buffer containing the SYBR® Green dye. The user needs to add primers and templates separately. One milliliter of the master mix is enough for a 96-well plate. The mix is stored at -20°C.
