These nanoparticles exhibit a core diameter of approximately 6-7 nm, which contributes to their distinctive optical properties. Functionalized with trioctylphosphine oxide, they demonstrate excellent solubility in various organic solvents such as hexane, cyclohexane, toluene, chloroform, tetrahydrofuran (THF), and pyridine. The Stokes shift ranges between 10-20 nm, and the emission peak width (full width at half maximum) remains under 30 nm. The quantum yield, dependent on the excitation wavelength, can reach up to 80%.
