Manufactured to meet research and production requirements, the Spe Polypropylene Column Chromabond ® C18 Hydra is designed as a reversed phase for the SPE category. This open tubular syringe-shaped column with Luer tip outlet features a C18 Hydra phase, an octadecyl modified silica gel that's not endcapped. It comes in a packing of six units, each containing 500mg of filling material with a specific surface area of 500 m²/g according to BET. With a particle size of 45 µm and a pore size of 60 Å, this column is suitable for separating polar compounds such as pesticides, phenols, phenoxycarboxylic acids, nitroaromatic compounds, and pharmaceuticals. The recommended storage temperature is RT, ensuring its long-term effectiveness.
