Designed for professional use in reversed phase chromatography, the Spe Polypropylene Column Chromabond ® C18 Hydra is an ideal choice for separating polar compounds such as pesticides, phenols, and pharmaceuticals. This open tubular syringe-shaped column features a C18 Hydra phase, made of octadecyl modified silica gel that's not endcapped, and filled with fully porous particles (FPP) of 45 μm size. With a specific surface area of 500 m²/g according to BET, it offers excellent separation efficiency. The column comes in a packaging of 10 x 5 units, each containing 3 ml of column volume and 500 mg of filling material. It's compatible with a wide pH range of 2.0-8.0 and recommended for storage at room temperature
