These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature fully porous particles (FPP), offering a specific surface area of 600 m²/g according to BET. The reversed phase (RP) separation principle, combined with the hydrophilic-lipophilic balanced N-vinylpyrrolidone-divinylbenzene surface chemistry, makes them ideal for separating polar organic molecules from a polar matrix, such as chloramphenicol, iodinated contrast agents, pesticides, and sulfonamides.
