Formulated to support synthetic operations, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond C8 come in a convenient packing of 4 x 5 units, each containing 1000mg of fully porous particles (FPP). These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature an octyl (MOS, C8, RP8) modified silica phase, not endcapped, and a pore size of 70 Å. With a specific surface area of 280 m²/g as per BET, these columns offer excellent separation capabilities for applications such as PCBs, pesticides, hydrophilic and lipophilic vitamins, hormones, desalting of biological macromolecules, among others. They are recommended for use at room temperature and have a carbon content of 9%.
